BEFORE YOU ORDER YOU MUST PERFORM THE FOLLOWING:
1. Remove manhole cover and clean rim.
2. Measure as per instructions below.
3. Replace cover.
: Be sure to clean the rim thoroughly. Inserts must be
placed on flat, non-rocking surfaces to avoid wear and damage in
high-traffic installations.

INFLOW PROTECTOR CONTROL MANHOLE INSERTS
IMPORTANT
Measure each and every manhole for which you are ordering PEC inserts, unless you are absolutely sure of dimensions. Your order will be produced to your supplied dimensions. Errors in instructions received from you may result in unusable inserts for you. The drawing below illustrates the required measurements.

PEC Inflow protectors are an Economical Solution to EPA storm water regulations running into lakes, rivers, and other waterways and

Storm water treatment costs are a major problem. The Environmental Industry

to insure that storm water is treated efficiently.
OX Pellet filled PEC Inflow protectors are used to absorb oils, PCBs, and other toxins while disinfecting water that passes through them. Ox Pellets are silica gel impregnated with chlorine dioxide. It is more effective than chlorine against viruses, bacteria and protozoa including the cysts of Giardia and the oocysts of Cryptosporidium.
Chlorine dioxide is used as an oxidant for phenol destruction in the storm water stream as well as for odor control.
PEC Manhole Inserts eliminate this problem and are made to exact size from virtually indestructible material. Simple to install, long lasting product that eliminates oil, grease, and bacteria from rain water before discharge from the collection system.
